A Pirates Fancy (Acc)

The still salty air of the sea seemed to wash over everything upon this wondrous white cliffs, the mighty ocean waves continued to smash into them again and again and over the centuries formed strange formations of the lustrous stone and was riddled with the wrecks of many ships and the bones of many sailors. Out amongst the blue waters was a spec upon the horizon but this spec was anything but small in reality, A massive sea fort that for centuries had been sealed by ancient magics only to be reopened somehow by the well known and feared Captain Blood Drake. The fort stood tall upon similar white stones as to the cliffs nearby and the walls of this ancient fort were made of a black marble similar to the tower of Mania and inscribed with strange green runes coating the edges of the smooth walls. The entire fort seemed to have a green glow about it and the most notable feature was the massive mortar that sat upon a tower in the center. It was not alike mortars as most would know them as it was not a large cast metal bowl but was instead a massive magical gem atop some form of magical altar that it drew its power from to lob destructive magical energies into passing ships and enemy fleets alike, leveling entire armada's in the blink of an eye. IF not for Cronis Cecilia would have to take a much harder approach to this but as she now knew of the nearby hidden tunnel she would have no problems making it to Blood. "So do you remember where it is?" Terra found herself Asking Cecilia as they walked along the beautiful cliffside. "Personally id rather we just forget about all of this and just build a cabin here to live the rest of our days....." she found herself mumbling as they continued on.

Cecilia nodded as she was asked about her memory of Cronis' instructions and tapped a small pocket in her new armour "got it written down and memorised my dearest" she smiled as Terra spoke about settling down and enjoying the view for the rest of their lives.
With a soft sigh she gently kissed Terra's cheek and nodded in thought of her suggestion, "sounds marvelous my love, one day we definitely shall settle down and live out our lives together till old age takes us both, but for now" she sighed as even from their current location the sounds of battle could be heard rising above the noise of the forest "for now we have a war we need to win, we're on the right side of history and will bring back the goddesses but we need to beat the guilds and for that we need the bucket bitch herself" she laughed a soft and sweet one before kissing Terra once again.
"Be safe" she encouraged as Terra and her had agreed prior that there was more important tasks for the Derai to do.

Terra sighed as she was told they had a war to win and then looked over to the sea in which several large ships could be seen fighting against a single pirate vessel of immense size. The smaller ships all had markings of the traders guild hoisted as there colors as the massive one carried the banner of Blood Drakes personal flagship and the mighty magical cannons of the behemoth were making quick work of the guild ships. "Are you sure were really needed? she seems to have things handled...." she said somewhat with a giggle as she looked over to Cecilia and sighed again as she knew the answer she would get as a volley of shells from one of the guild ships seemed to deflect off of the massive ship but for some reason Blood's ship wasn't sinking the enemies, she was just crippling them as in the distance an intense green light suddenly erupted from the fort almost like another sun and launched a large green ball of magic that came hurdling towards the helpless guild ships and Bloods ship before erupting the entire cove with green flames and vaporizing the guild ships but not harming Bloods which seemed to have a strange bubble deflect all of the damage. "I really think she has it handled.... and why bucket bitch?"

Cecilia nodded and trembled as she watched the magnificent firepower at Blood's fingertips.
"She does indeed have things pretty well under control, but not for the efforts of the revolution, rather she's fighting because she enjoys it, if we were to fight without talking to her she'd likely turn that firepower against us just as easily as she would against any representing the guild and dislikes sharing power, it would be troublesome if we don't manage to get her alliance" Cecilia murmured though it was clear that the display of the mortar had sent tremors of fear up her spine.
"As for bucket bitch, Blood and I have history together, we went on a raid once and rather than sharing the loot she locked me in a bucket for a week, hence to me she shall always be the bucket bitch" she explained with a snort about the nickname "apparently the wolf from the tower also has a history with her and buckets!" She sighed looking to where the hidden path was and turned to kiss Terra.
"If I don't make it back, be safe and take care of the kids" she smiled warmly

AS Cecilia went to enter the tunnel she could see that Bloods ship was returning to the fort and before she went in Terra looked at her with a gaze of confusion at her words and scratched her head. "B...but neither of us are pregnant and we don't have kids....." but before she could finish Cecilia had entered the tunnel entrance and Terra sighed before taking a seat and awaiting her return. Inside the tunnel Cecilia would see that it was largely a spiral case of stairs that lead to the bottom of the cliff side and to the bottom of the ocean itself, it wet on and on with its black stairs and was lined with magical torches that would never go out for all of eternity. The bones of several adventures lied about as if once this path had been sealed on them or maybe there were traps within at once but they seemed to all have been sprung or removed over time. Cecilia would take note though of several individuals along the way wearing matching armor that from books she had once read belonged to Mania's mother and they seemed to have odd weapons for there use and as according to the book were known as guns but no longer worked without a good smith's work. As she made her way to the end she would see Bloods emblem as banners on the walls showing the pirates had been here at one point and even further in she could tell they were using these tunnels to store treasure probably not knowing it lead to the shore. It had been a long walk but after the many hours of trekking through Cecilia would find herself face to face with an odd helmet that seemed to be just tossed haphazardly to the floor but it was as if it was calling to her. The helmet was black in colorations and was adorned with magical red runes and an emblem of some kind. The only thing it looked close too was the emblem of the goddess of the forge Bylo but why would something like this just be tossed here?

Cecilia was feeling uneasy about the tunnel, seeing the bones of long dead warriors all with mythical weaponry made her squirm and she was terrified that with one wrong step the skeletons would rise up and attack her, coming across the helmet that appeared made by Bylo the bandit Queen shrugged and put it on her head, she didn't know if it had been claimed by anyone but having left most of her armour behind in Mania's tower she didn't care, it felt better to wear a helmet than not and she slid it down her short cropped blonde hair, hoping that it worked with her general look she started to walk towards the stairs leading up into the pirate base

as she began to walk to the stairs she would hear a voice that seemed to echo through the chambers of the dark tunnel. "You found me!" It boomed in almost excitement as Cecilia attempted to find the source of the voice. "I can't belive it! After all of these centuries!" The voice boomed again as the helmet suddenly began to glow bright red and no matter how hard Cecilia tried she could not remove it. "I have waited so long and you finally came my mistress, lady of the red steel!" The helmet then began to grow as if it was a living being and it began to change from metal to a more bone like appearance as it slowly began to engulf Cecilia's form. "I am Bronya! Your armor! Your sword! Your advisor and your knight! My lady please allow me to serve you!" She may have seemingly asked this but it wasn't like she was giving Cecilia much choice as the armor seemed to seal around Cecilia's body and even wrapped around her wings before hardening into a shiny red metal that didnt seem to way a thing and felt as if Cecilia wasn't wearing anything at all. The armor was quite interesting and seemed to fill Cecilia's body with power before it suddenly began to fade away and retreated into a bracelet upon Cecilia's wrist before speaking again. "I will remain like this till you need me, I must say you fit better than i thought you would!" It seemed to be exited as Cecilia tried to gauge the situation.

Cecilia blinked confused "you were... Waiting for me? Are you sure Bronya?" She asked looking at the bracelet that had formed around her wrist "lady of the red steel?" She asked confused as it was a title She'd never been given before though she had to admit the armour had fit her amazingly well and she seemed to have a sweet temperament, "do you have a physical form Bronya? Or are you restricted to my own?" She had a great many questions for her new companion but she was happy with the company all the same.

Stepping forth on the stairs Cecilia felt a lot more confident with this new mystical armour attached and felt no fear for the buckets the pirate Queen could present as she started to ascend doing her best to be as quiet as possible

The Armor happily replied to Cecilia as the gem on the bracelet seemed to shift with her speech. "Yes of course im sure! You are the lady of red steel my mistress! I know your feeling your energy doesn't lie, I was made for you by my creator Bylo herself! Together we will do many great things I can't wait to see them!" The armor seemed to be quite excited as Cecilia began her trek up the stairs but as she did she could begin to smell the making of a pirate town as her nostrils were filled with the scent of cooking meats and all manner of alcohol. "My lady! Your target is just up these stairs and across the courtyard in the main hall. I do not detect that any of these women are even capable of noticing a stranger as they are quite intoxicated so you can easily walk there without conflict though the one you seek is quite agitated at the moment so do be careful." The armor somehow knew the situation high above ground even from her and even seemed to engrain a map of the fort into Cecilia's memories as it began to hum a strange tune to itself. "And no my lady, i do not have any other form then being your armor." she finished as she continued to hum.

Cecilia frowned for a second as she was informed that Bronya could only be the form of her armour and sighed "how do I bring you pleasure if your only form is that of my armour" she muttered more to herself than to the armour but nodded with the advice given to her, stepping out into the courtyard she stood tall as though she belonged there and made her way directly towards Blood, she knew Blood was agitated but that was nothing new, though she hoped that the pirate Queen would at least take time to sit and talk with her, especially when she revealed that she knew the wolf who apparently married the pirate once upon a time.

As Cecilia walked into the courtyard she would see hundreds of women just partying it up as they drank and ate and did other forms of debauchery just out in the open while even those meant to be guards seemed to be enjoying themselves way too much. The dim light cast upon the courtyard did little to hide the nature of this party but as Cecilia began to make her way to the main hall the massive wooden doors suddenly flew open as Blood could be easily seen as she raised her dragon like arm into the air and drew her pistol with the other before firing two shots into the sky. "What in the goddesses green world are you women celebrating?!" she screamed into the air her normal eye furled into a glare as her dragon one blazed with rage. "What so you all get to escape the horrors of this world so now its party time!? Do you even know how many people right now are suffering under these guild bastards while you all party it up like pigs!? All we did was take a fort and sink some dinghies and you think that's worth celebrating!?" The women around seemed to be ashamed of there actions as they began to clean up the mess about them and silently moved along, even in there drunk states they were not foolish enough to anger Blood any further. That was when the deformed Blood turned her gaze upon Cecilia and a wicked grin crossed her lips. "Oh well look at this!" she said as she began to take her steps down the great halls stairs and towards Cecilia which she easily towered over. "If it isn't princess bucket... You here for your vengeance? Your cut of the treasure?" she asked with the same smile as she cocked her head and craned her body about examining Cecilia. "Last I saw you we gave you a castle fit for a princess like yourself, that was a perfectly sized bucket made for you and im surprised you escaped... So what is it you want?" she asked suddenly becoming serious in her tone.

Cecilia stared hard as Blood tried to intimidate her and tried her best to show no reaction "We have a common enemy Blood, your women there deserved to party as they are about to join in my attempts to destroy the guilds and free the tree" she looked into Blood's mismatched eyes "there's a wild wolf I know who would be excited to see you again once we do as well, but we cannot fight a war when we're fighting between each other" she gritted her teeth clearly showing her distaste for the mission she had been sent to do "so bucket bit... I mean pirate Queen, would you join your forces with my own and those of our companions the guardians and league of free-traders to fight this war?" She put her hand out while fighting to keep her claws in as she went to shake for peace

Blood somewhat froze, surprised by this request as she looked Cecilia over some more and looked to her dragon hand and showed off her claws with a smile before flipping her off with her human hand showing her answer through the vulgar symbols of both races that she was made up of. "You've always been a selfish little brat and it doesn't seem like it changed much at all. MY women are going to join your cause? Your cause?!" She said enraged by this as she stepped even closer to Cecilia and looked down at her. "Where do you get off claiming that this cause, the cause of the people belongs to you? I may be a Pirate but at least after all of my years of life I understand how to help people without gain. You seem to think that you can claim something like this as your own, lemme guess when this is all over your going to be queen or something? Your going to take control for yourself and those pompous guardians and then enforce what you belive is right on everyone else? I'm not fighting for some cause like that were we live in a world of rules to be enforced upon us and to crush every little freedom from us." She then turned away from Cecilia and began to walk to the main hall. "I don't care what you want to do and we dont want your goddesses back, I want a world where we can all be free and not someone else's slaves."

Cecilia growled as Blood turned her down in perhaps the rudest way possible and stormed over blocking the passage into the chamber "the reason I called it my cause is obvious isn't it? You always have been looking for places to retreat to, the guardians looking for those to hold up in" Cecilia turned her head to reveal a large scar in her neck that she usually kept hidden "I have been fighting for the freedom of the people since I took control of the bandits and once this war is done I have no desire to rule anything, I wish to retire into the woods with my bride to be and study the world! You think I mean to be Queen? I didn't even want queenship of the bandits they forced me into the role, unlike you bucket bitch who came out of nowhere and started making herself Queen of the pirates, and forgive me for not realising you didn't want the goddesses back because this!" She pulled out a painting made by the old master artist Peorth showing Blood and Accalia cuddling up to each other and looking happy.
"Taught me otherwise" she added looking into Blood's eyes her own claws now glinting in the sunlight as she was prepared to fight if she had to "honestly pirate even you have your code of rules, so who are you to say that my way is the wrong way to step towards a happier future"

Blood suddenly smiled as Cecilia seemed to get more irritated with her and then leaned over to be face to face with her with a bit of a scowling smile. "You really do have the mind of a child don't you? You really think that all because you only see yourself fighting that you're the only one doing so? Why do you think i went searching for a fort like this or the mighty ship, the queens terror I use. I can't fight a war with my meager Pirates that make up my forces and most of these women though having hearts in the right places have no training so unlike what you belive I have been building for my own war and dont ever bring that wolf up again. She was not my lover she was a friend, the one who loved her was the one who created me. In all honesty I cannot remember her name but she is the one in this painting and I was just an image of herself a form she could use to be confident and strong but after meeting that wolf she didnt need me any longer and got rid of me. The only person who was there was my true love but she eventually left this world as well leaving me to sit in her home before bandits! Your mother stole me out from my resting place and decided to see what would happen if she infused me with energy creating this form you see before you and I make my Pirate code and helping bandits is not part of it." she then easily pushed Cecilia out of her way and went into the great hall before turning back to face her. "Now if all you have is your useless proposal then go take your agreement and shove it were the sun dont shine because I have no interest in helping you!" She then slammed the doors shut and locked them behind herself.
